Alex has a natural flair for property - finding amazing sites and unusual or special projects, analysing and dreaming about what can be achieved and then constructing these dreams into exciting and creative properties. He began his career working as a central London estate agent between 1997 and 2004, initially with Foxtons in South Kensington and then in the house department of WA Ellis in Knightsbridge (now Jones Lang Lasalle). During these 7 years, Alex also conducted a series of small but successful property developments. As a result of these, he left agency to source and develop top end residential projects for the international market. Over the following 10 years he went on to build and sell 8 unique and creative properties, often achieving record prices for their time.

In 2015 Alex founded Private Clients as a new venture to bring his extensive experience of the Prime Central London market to clients looking to capitalise on this unique expertise. His network of agents, contractors, designers and architects made during his career are the backbone of our company’s ability to source the best projects and turn them into the most exciting properties. A rare combination of skills that means we can offer letting searches, acquisition briefs and full design and build capabilities.

Alessandra Iacovella
Architect

Ale is obsessed with great design. She has over 10 years of international experience in Italy, Australia and UK gained within some of the most world-renowned design led firms, including Foster and Partners, where she worked as a Project Architect for 5 years. Combining her interest for the creative side of architecture with a strong knowledge of the technical, construction and environmental aspects of the design, Alessandra’s holistic approach to the entire architectural process makes her an all-round and highly versatile designer, who ensures that in every property the highest standards are always achieved

Clare Irby
Lettings and Operations

Clare excels at matching people to properties and her range of skills make her an essential part of our team.  She has an active and varied role as both Lettings and Operations Manager. 

Prior to this she was a Letting Agent for Winkworth estate agents in Notting Hill for 3 years, going on to coordinate her own small scale private developments. The combination of a natural interest in property, excellent knowledge of the property market and strong organisational and communication skills means Clare is well suited for her role within the company. She also brings her flair for design to the table and is passionate about finding her client the perfect home to rent.
