Planning permission was obtained to develop two additional floors (lower ground and basement), not only increasing significantly the overall square footage, but also allowing for a further bedroom, media room, bespoke hexagonal perspex wine cellar and a fabulous pool and spa level. The project was a challenging demolition behind retained facades with a complex basement dig and underpin with micro piling in a dense residential location.
